I have registered, how to I modify my registration?

To modify a registration, please contact the Registrar at registrar@rmahq.org stating the specifics of the modification.

What is included in my registration?

Three keynote sessions, with speakers engaging with you in real-time, using a live Q&A chat feature. These sessions, along with additional breakout sessions, will be available on-demand after the conference until September 30, 2020.

Will sessions be available after the conference?

Yes, all sessions will be available on-demand until September 30, 2020.

I missed the live event and want to review those keynote sessions, but do not see them in the online library.

The sessions presented on July 14 will be added to the on-demand library by July 17.

How do I get CPE credits for attending the event?

Participants can receive 4 CPE credits for watching the Live Broadcast on July 14, 2020. In order to qualify for the credits, you will need to fill out the CPE Submission Questionnaire and enter the verification codes for each of the five sessions. Verification codes will be on the closing slide for each session. Once all codes are entered and the questionnaire is complete, the “CPE Certificate” option at the bottom will appear – simply click on it and you can print your certificate directly from this site.

Note: No partial credits can be issued.

How do I use the Speaker Q&A to chat with the speakers during the live broadcast on July 14?

When you log in to the program, you will see the video on the left side of your screen and the chat on the right side of your screen. Simply type your questions in the chat box.

Please enter your name (it may already be populated) and click save to log in to the chat.

Once logged in, you can click Submit New Question to share a new question or comment with the audience.

How do I use the Peer Chat to chat with my fellow attendees during the live broadcast on July 14?

You may also communicate with your fellow attendees by clicking on Peer Chat and entering a Chat comment. Note that comments are seen by everyone.

How do I access the live session on July 14?

The session will open at 12:45 PM Eastern Time. Once you are logged onto the site, you can access the live sessions by clicking on “Sessions” in the top menu bar and then “Live Keynotes”, or by clicking on the block at the bottom of the home page that says “View Keynote Addresses”. This will open up a page about the session, click on the “Contents” tab. The session will open at 12:45 PM Eastern Time.

How do I access the on-demand sessions after July 14?

Log onto the site. Click on “Sessions” in the menu bar and then “On-Demand Sessions." Next, click on the session title, then click “View Session.” You will see page describing the session. Click on the “Contents” tab and then “View Archived Recording.”

Can I dial-in by telephone to listen to the live stream program?

No, there is no dial-in for this virtual event. This audio will stream from your laptop or desktop computer speakers or through your mobile device. If you experience problems accessing the audio by your device, please try the steps in the next FAQ.

I am having trouble with streaming audio, I can’t hear the speaker through my computer speakers, the streaming stopped… What do I do?

If you are not able to hear any audio through your computer speakers first check to make sure your speakers are not muted or turned off. The next step is to refresh your screen by pressing the F5 key on your keyboard or clicking the “refresh” button in your web browser.

If you are having trouble viewing the video or the chat and you are connected to a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN (if possible) and reloading the page to see if that helps.

What is recommended for optimum viewing?

  • If you are using Internet Explorer this site will not function properly for you, please switch to another browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.
  • Ensure that pop-ups blockers are disabled in your Internet browser settings. 
  • Ensure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. 
  • Wi-Fi is not recommended. The problem with Wi-Fi is signal strength can vary causing bandwidth to increase or decrease. If using Wi-Fi, ensure that you have a strong internet connection and you are positioned as close to your router as possible to give yourself a stable connection. 
  • A wired connection is recommended. A wired connection gives a consistent signal and consistent bandwidth. A wired connection provides a better experience. 
  • Audio (sound) is projected through your computer speakers. Be sure your computer is equipped with speakers or the room where the conference is being broadcast is equipped with speakers so you can hear the presenters. 
  • If you are having trouble viewing the video or the chat and you are connected to a VPN, try disconnecting from the VPN (if possible) and reloading the page to see if that helps. 
  • Ensure that the location of where you plan to access the live stream program meets hardware, software, and bandwidth requirements well in advance.

It is recommended that you use a PC or MAC with an updated Internet browser. Make sure you have pop-ups blockers disabled in your Internet browser settings. Make sure that your internet browser is Active X enabled. WI-FI is not recommended.
